1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing www.laqsh.in or using any of our platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and LAQSH ("LAQSH", "we", "our", or "us") with its registered office in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our website or platform.

2. Description of Services

LAQSH One is a cloud-based SaaS ERP platform providing the following products:

• LAQSH People: HR, payroll, attendance, and compliance management.
• LAQSH Books: Accounting, GST filing, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• LAQSH Task: Project management, task tracking, and operations management.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice to users.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access the LAQSH One platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Not share your account credentials with any third party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our platform.
• Use our services to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Resell, sublicense, or transfer access to our platform without our written consent.

5. Payment and Subscription

LAQSH One operates on a subscription basis. All payments are processed exclusively through the LAQSH One application at one.laqsh.in. The marketing website at www.laqsh.in does not collect any payments.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected.
• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes including GST.
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable Indian law or as expressly stated in our refund policy.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, trademarks, logos, and technology on our website and platform are the exclusive property of LAQSH and are protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our platform solely for your internal business purposes during your subscription period. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform.

7. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload or create on the LAQSH One platform ("Your Data"). By using our platform, you grant us a limited licence to process Your Data solely to provide and improve our services.

We will not access, use, or disclose Your Data except as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, or as directed by you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, LAQSH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

While LAQSH One is designed to assist with GST and payroll compliance, we do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. You remain solely responsible for ensuring your compliance with applicable Indian laws and regulations.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may terminate by discontinuing use of our services and closing your account. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. We will retain your data for a period of 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted unless required by law.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

We encourage resolution of disputes through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
